IMPORTANT:

Carefully read this End-User License Agreement (“Agreement”) before installing or using the 
“IMAGE STUDIO” (“Software”) on an end user’s PC.
If and when the user installs and uses the Software on his/her PC, he/she shall be considered to 
have agreed upon all the terms and conditions of the present Agreement.
If he/she does not agree upon the present Agreement, he/she should not use the Software.

End-User License Agreement of “IMAGE STUDIO”

(1)  Copyright

 

 The user acknowledges that all copyrights and other intellectual rights on the Software are 
owned by Panasonic Co., Ltd. (“Company”) or its licensor. The Software is protected under 
the Copyright Law of Japan and other countries and related international conventions.

(2)  Grant of License

 

 Panasonic Co., Ltd. grants to you a non-exclusive right to use the Software within the scope 
of your private use for the purpose of processing your original digital image data so that it 
may be displayed on your car audio unit. No use of the Software contrary to the above shall 
be granted.

(3)  Restriction on Duplication

 

Duplication of the Software shall be restricted only for the storage (or back-up) purpose.

(4)  Prohibition on Transfer, etc.

 

 The user has no right to transfer, lease, rent, or grant a license to use the Software or 
otherwise to any third parties for any purposes.

(5)  Prohibition of Modification and Reverse-engineering

 

 The user may not modify, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble or otherwise the 
Software in any manner (except to the extent as permitted by applicable laws). The user may 
not use the Software, in whole or in part, to produce any secondary products.

(6)  No Warranty

 

 THE USER SHALL AGREE ON THE USE OF THE SOFTWARE AT HIS/HER OWN RISK.

 

 THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. THE 
COMPANY OR ITS LICENSOR DISCLAIMS ANY WARRANTIES, RESPONSIBILITIES, 
AND LIABILITIES, EXPLICIT OR IMPLICIT, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO 
WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND 
NON-INFRINGEMENT ON ANY THIRD PARTY’S RIGHTS.

(7)  Exemption from Liability

 

 THE COMPANY OR ITS LICENSOR WILL HAVE NO LIABILITIES WITH RESPECT 
TO ITS OBLIGATIONS UNDER THE PRESENT AGREEMENT OR OTHERWISE FOR 
CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, INCIDENTAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGE ARISING OUT OF 
OR RELATING TO THE USE OF THE SOFTWARE, EVEN IF IT HAS BEEN ADVISED OF
