Setup
Inserting/removing a disc
The cover of the disc compartment will not open
unless the unit has a charged battery or is
connected to the AC adaptor.

Attach the battery or connect the
AC adaptor.

Slide the DISC EJECT lever up
and release it.
A few moments after the ACCESS/PC lamp

blinks, the cover of the disc compartment will
open slightly.

Open the cover of the disc
compartment and insert/remove
the disc.
Inserting disc
Place the disc onto the spindle in the center and
then push the disc down until it clicks into place.

Recording/playback side

Pickup lens (Reads disc)

Press until it clicks.

Be careful not to touch the recording/playback
side of the disc when inserting/removing it.
Removing disc
While pressing down on the spindle, grasp the
edge of the disc and gently lift it out.

Push the section marked
PUSH CLOSE on the cover of the
disc compartment to close the
cover.
