Troubleshooting (Basic)

Factory Data Reset

CAUTION

z

Factory data reset function will return this computer to the default condition. When you reset this

computer, the stored data will be erased.

Back up important data to other media before reset.

1.

Touch [

Apps] - [ Settings] - [ Privacy] - [Factory data reset].

2.

If you want to erase the user data, touch [Erase SD card] to add a check mark.

When a check mark is added, all the data in /mnt/sdcard folder. The data in microSD memory card

inserted into microSD memory card slot will not be erased.

3.

Touch [Reset tablet].

4.

Follow the on-screen instructions.
