TROUBLESHOOTING

If the product is used in a room with strong odor such as aromatic smell,
cigarette smoke or barbecue smell, the filter replacement period may be
shortened.
If you use the product in such environments, it is recommended to open
the air ventilation system or open the windows to ventilate the room at
the same time.
The indicator may illuminate red when the product is subject to steam in the
bathroom or vapor emitting from sprayers.
The product will also operate in the “Lo” mode even if the air in the room is
clean.

not humidify.
When the humidifying filter is installed incorrectly, the product will
sound abnormally, and not humidify.
Is the tray fit into the interior of the product?
(The louver will be closed and the product enters the standby mode
when the air in the room is clean.)
With “Air volume” set to “Auto”, for example in the “Full Auto”mode,
the product will stop humidifying when displaying “70% or more” in order
to ensure the applicable humidity.

When the humidifying filter assembly is operating, the water drips may drop
sometimes. This is normal.
The water will sound (drip drip drip) when flowing and falling from the tank.
