Corrective Maintenance
Fault Phenomena:1,Air Volume Indicator Light Flashing
2,Machine out of operation
Cause:1,Motor's rotating speed is abnormal.
2,Motor out of operation
Substitute Part: Motor,Power Circuit Assembly
Check if the motor lead wire terminals disconnect
with the power circuit assembly
Reconnect the motor lead wire terminal
on the power circuit assembly
Abnormal
Rotating blade by hand and check the motor
shaft lock
In running condition to check the CN4's 3-pin
and 4-pin Terminal voltage
Abnormal
Normal
Eliminate any blade contact or
foreign object
Motor rotating heavily
Replace the motor
assembly

Replace the power circuit assembly
Normal
Run the machine

Replace the motor assembly

Unplug&plug in and operate the
