Remove the cover of dirt sensor as

Soak a soft cloth in warm water or water
with a neutral kitchen detergent, then scrub
to remove the stain.
Pull out in the direction shown by the arrow
on the left picture, and insert it in the
opposite direction when installing.
Wipe the lens with a dry cotton swab as
shown below.
