Troubleshooting
Before requesting service, please check the following. If the problem still persists, disconnect the AC adaptor from the electrical outlet and
the main body connection plug from the main body, and then contact an authorized service center (as described in the warranty) for repair.
Symptom

The fan does not operate when
pressing the Off/On button to
start.
• Is the power plug of the AC adaptor connected fully and correctly? (P.9)
The fan does not blow much air.
• Is the
fi
lter clogged with dust? (P.12)
The fan stops operation.
• When pressing and holding any button for 8 seconds, the fan turns off for safety reasons. The
fan resumes operation when the Off/On button is pressed.
• When the automatic stop function activates after no operations are made for 10 hours, the
product stops operation automatically. Press the Off/On button again to resume operation at the
setting con
fi
gured before stopping.
Please contact an authorized service center (as described in the warranty) immediately in the following case.
Abnormal sound is heard.
• The fan may have foreign objects in it or there may be internal damage.

All wind speed lamps blink.
• The fan is malfunctioned.

风扇停止转动。
·按住任一按钮 8 秒钟，风扇会基于安全原因而关机。按下关 / 开按钮，风扇会恢复运行。
·本产品的自动停止功能使风扇由最后一次操作起 10 小时后自动停止运行。再按一次
关 / 开按钮，会以停止前的设置恢复运行。
如遇以下情况，联系授权服务中心（见保修单）。
发出异常声音。
·可能有异物进入了风扇，或风扇内有零件损坏。
