Press [OK] to display the Freeview Play Side
Bar.

Select the “TV Guide”, then press [OK].
• You can directly access the TV Guide by
pressing [GUIDE].

• You can select a broadcaster by pressing

To watch the programme
Select “Watch Now”, then press [OK].
To return to the TV Guide screen for the
current time
Press the green button.
To exit
Press [BACK/RETURN].
