Web browser screen is not displayed correctly

Change the size of text displayed on your screen in [Display] of 

[Personalize].

1) Right‑click the desktop.

2) Click [Personalize].

3) Click [Display].

4)  Set the size of text displayed on your screen to [Smaller ‑ 

100% (default)], click [Apply], and then restart your computer.

Restrictions

• If two instances of the browser are started on the same personal 

computer and placed over each other, the Web browser screens in 

the background and foreground may be switched if the mouse pointer 

is moved from the Web browser screen in the foreground to the Web 

browser screen in the background.

• When the unit is accessed from the Web browser, a different window 

may be displayed and another pop-up window may open.

Screen layout is abnormal, portions of 

the screens do not appear when running 

Compatibility View, or a pop‑up screen 

concerning the inability to redisplay the 

screens appears

Enable [Display all websites in Compatibility View] in [Compatibility View 

Settings].

1) Click [Tools] in Internet Explorer.

2) Click [Compatibility View Settings].

3)  Select the [Display all websites in Compatibility View] check 

box and then click [Close].

Network is disconnected when the personal 

computer enters sleep mode

Reload the screen if necessary after exiting sleep mode.

Web setup screen is not displayed as a pop‑up 

window after entering the IP address and then 

accessing the unit from Safari

In Safari, select [Safari] → [Block Pop-Up Windows] to clear the check
