Playback
Mosaic-like noise appears
during rapid forward or
rapid reverse playback.
This phenomenon is characteristic of digital equipment. It is not a
sign of trouble.

No playback pictures
appear even though the TV
set is connected properly.
Is the input selector on the TV set at the “video input” position?
Carefully read the instructions accompanying the TV set, and select
the connected video input connector.

No playback sound is heard
from the unit’s speaker.
Has the unit’s volume level been turned down too low? Press the
PAGE/AUDIO MON/VAR “+” button, and adjust the volume level.
No sound can be heard from the speaker when headphones are
connected to the headphone jack.

No hot swap playback.
This unit does not support hot swap playback. To continue
playback, stop playback, and then replace the P2 card with another
card.

Data cannot be read on the
SD card.
Has the SD card been formatted properly? Format the card using
