For permanent applications, tighten the locking nut (see the figure below for location) with a wrench to maintain
constant pressure and prevent loosening due to vibration and thermal expansion.
1.4 Maintenance
Transducers, couplant, and the clamping fixture are provided by Panametrics. Once you have completed installation,
little maintenance is required. Refer to Table 1 for maintenance information.
