The appliance does

or two cup button is
pressed.

or the On/Off indicator light is blinking.
Make sure that the On/Off button has been
pressed, and that the On/Off indicator light
is lit.
The coffee preparation area handle is not
in the locking position.
Make sure that the handle is in the locking
position.
The internal micro switch is damaged.
Do not use the coffee maker. Please get in
touch with the authorised technical service
agent to have it repaired.
The coffee tastes
bitter.
The coffee maker has not been properly
cleaned after descaling.
Clean the coffee maker and accessories
thoroughly several times before using it after
descaling.
The bags have been kept in a hot or
humid place for a long time. The coffee
has become stale.
Please keep coffee that is not being used in a
cool, fresh place.
The coffee maker is
not working.
The power cable has not been plugged in
properly.
Plug the cable into a power socket properly.
If the appliance is still not functioning get in
touch with the authorised technical service
agent to have it repaired.
Do not dismantle the coffee maker yourself as you may not be able to find the cause of the breakdown.
