Beating egg whites:
- Put the egg whites into the chopping bowl.
- Insert the whisk accessory into the pin in the centre of the chopping bowl.
- Put the lid on the chopping bowl.
- Insert the motor body into the lid.
- Plug it in and press the lid for 20 seconds.
CLEANING
- Always unplug the appliance before cleaning it.
- Clean the motor body using a damp cloth, and do not submerge it in water.
- The other parts can be put in the dishwasher.
- When processing coloured foods, the plastic parts of the appliance may be stained. Clean
these parts with vegetable oil before putting them in the dishwasher.
- Be very careful when touching the blades as they are very sharp.
