Menu TCP ASCII
The transfer protocol can be activated and deactivated in the menu
TCP
ASCII
. Averaging of the measured values to be transfered can also be set
here.
When the protocol is activated, the device waits for incoming communication
from an external computer at port 4672. The device then reacts to valid
commands with appropriate replies.
For communication to be possible, the external computer has to connect to
the device’s IP address. Refer to the section “
.” The IP address of the computer is then always displayed in the field

when communication is in progress.
