Swing device
Grain thrower T 2 might be equipped with manual or electric swing device.
Manual
Setting of throw direction is done manually. The equipment is here fixed with a plug-in bolt in the perforated
bar of the turntable. It must be controlled that the plug-in bolt is led through the perforated bar, since the
equipment will otherwise move uncontrolled at both sides.
Electric
Connecting and disconnecting of an automatic swing device takes place in the control box. Emergency stop
buttons are placed on the hopper.
The electric swing area can be changed by adjusting switch 1 or/and switch 2
The switches are not to be removed, since they also serve as emergency stop buttons (safety switch). If the
switches are removed, the guarantee lapses.
Take care that swing device and switches are not standing in the grain. Switches are cleaned once daily. The
engine should be checked regularly based on circumstance.
Disconnecting of safety switch for swing movement
If the safety switch is activated, the disconnecting takes place as follows:
1.
The switch for manual/automatic (illustration 2 pos. 1) is set at manual.
2.
Switch 2 (illustration 2 pos. 2) is activated, and the equipment is moving away from the safety switch.
3.
Switch 1 (illustration 2 pos. 1) can again be set at automatic. The equipment is ready for operation again.
