Install as below:
1. Drill holes in the frame according to the dimension drawing.
Recommended depth for the light is 300-800 mm down from the swimming pool’s edge.
2.
Install the injection pipe with an attached fixing ferrule and screw from the inside of the pool (see drawing).
The injection pipe should be rigidly fixed or relieved in order to avoid breaking the pool frame.
3.
Fix the adhesive washer on the flange.
4.
Install the plug in the rear edge of the injection pipe. When the O ring is used, no other gasket is needed.
5. Install cable grommet (or cable pipe art no 12330) in the plug. Use the included O ring and ensure that it is in the right place.
No further gasket is needed.
6.
Install the pool liner according to the manufacturer’s instructions and begin filling with water.
7. When the water reaches approximately 5 cm below the flange of the injection pipe, cut a small cross in the pool liner in the
centre of the hole.
8. Install the washer and gasket with 6 bolts.
9. Trim the liner following the seal’s inner edge.
10.
Thread the cable into the cable’s connection/cable pipe and pull it out at the front of the injection pipe.
Pull out enough cable (max 1m) to enable the latter to lift the light above the surface of the water. This facilitates future
change or winter closure.
11.
If the cable is used, this should be connected to the box with cable connection. Connection Box art no 12310 from Pahlén
can be used.
12. Thread the sealing sleeve into the cable. The sealing sleeve shall be placed in the rubber on the cable connection.
13. Tighten the cable connection so that the cable is securely attached.
14.
Thread the LED module cable into the injection pipe. Clip the LED module with the front.
Tighten the two bolts.
15. Fill up the pool with water to the desired level.
