cookware is guaranteed to be free of manufacturing defects.
This warranty does not cover problems arising from misuse, overheating,
alteration, normal wear or improper care, dents, or breakage, nor does
it cover cookware used for non-food purposes. We will, at our sole option,
repair or replace any defective parts free of charge with the original sales
receipt; however, shipping costs are at the expense of the consumer.

for return procedures and a return authorization number. Customer must
have proof of purchase and the product before any warranty claim is handled.
