SELECTOR BUT-
TONS
The SELECTOR BUTTONS are used to select the
options/processing functions displayed on the color
display.

COLOR DISPLAY
All currently available options are displayed on the
high-resolution COLOR DISPLAY
.

ARROW BUTTONS
Use the ARROW BUTTONS to make increasing and
decreasing settings (e.g. portion selection).

START BUTTON
Press the START button to start the processing cycle. To
do this, the appliance must be in ready mode with the
protective and pacotizing beaker correctly attached.

STOP/RESET/
HOME BUTTON
The STOP/RESET/HOME BUTTON is used:
• to interrupt the active processing step
• in ready mode, to reset the programmed pro-
cessing options
• and return to the home screen.
If this button is pressed during pacotizing, the
Pacojet 2 PLUS
immediately switches to retract
(UP/DOWN display), runs back to the starting position
and switches off automatically.
This method allows the processing of a small amount
"by feel", i. e without preset portion quantity.
