to apply to the key.

field, enter a label to apply to this key.

field, enter the phone number, extension, or speeddial prefix to
apply to this key. If you enter a speeddial prefix, you must enter the "

" char-
acter at the end of the prefix number (for example, "").

In the
Line
field, select a line to apply to this key. Valid values are
1
through
9
.

If configuring a softkey on the Bottom Keys, in the state fields, check (
enable
)
or uncheck (
disable
) the states you want to apply to this softkey.

Click
to save your changes.
Do not Disturb (DND) Key
The IP phone has a feature you can enable called
Do not Disturb
(
DND
). The
DND function allows you to turn Do Not Disturb ON and OFF.
If DND is ON, callers hear a busy signal or a message, depending on how your
System Administrator set up the configuration server. The second line on the
screen shows when DND is set.
If the phone shares a line with other phones, only the phone that has DND
configured is affected.
Note:
You can configure DND using the Packet8 Web Phone UI only.
