
PROBLEM 1: LABEL LENGTH CANNOT BE SET
A. LABEL SENSOR WAS NOT ADJUSTED PROPERLY
1. Inspect the condition of the label sensor. Please refer to "Sensitivity adjusting instruction of label
sensor" section.
2. If label length still cannot be set, replace the label sensor.
B.STEPPING MOTOR DOES NOT WORK
1. Inspect that the wires are properly connected. If the wires are not connected, please connect them
and reset the labeling applicator.
2. If the problem is not in the wiring, please contact Pack Leader USA. To verify the clock pulse of step
motor, check wire no.14
PROBLEM 2: MORE THAN ONE LABEL IS DISPENSED AT A TIME
A. SENSITIVITY OF LABEL SENSOR
1. The sensitivity of label sensor is too weak; as a result, the sensor cannot (or sometimes cannot)
detect the label.
2. Reset the sensitivity of label sensor. (Refer to sensitivity adjusting instruction of label sensor)
B. LABEL LENGTH WAS SET TOO LONG
1. Please reset the label length.
PROBLEM 3: LABEL WON’T DISPENSE
A. OBJECT SENSOR RESPONSE
1. Inspect that the object sensor responds on the product. If not, adjust the sensitivity of the object
sensor until the label comes out.
2. If the label still won’t dispense by adjusting the object sensor, inspect the wire or replace with a new one.
B. THE “LABELING” ICON OF LABELING SET WAS NOT TURNED ON
1. Please Turn “On” the labeling set icon.
C. THE FUSE OF THE STEPPER MOTOR DRIVER IS BURNED OUT
1. Replace with a new fuse.
D. THE WIRE OF THE STEPPING MOTOR OR MOTOR DRIVER IS DAMAGED
1. Please notify maintenance technicians.
