Please check the following before calling for servicing:
Problem Possible Cause Solution
Completely Fails
to Operate
The power or the circuit breakout is
out
Wait until the power is restored, or turn the circuit
breaker back on
The power light on the main unit is
off
Press [stop] on the control panel
No Water Flow
The water supply is cut off
Push the [Stop] button and wait until the main water
supply is restored
The water supply valve is closed Open up the water shutoff valve completely
The seat sensor is not working
properly
Refer to the “Seat Sensor” instructions
The Spray Water
Pressure is Low
The water pressure setting is too
low
Press the water pressure adjustment button on the
main unit controls
The water filter is blocked Clean and check the water supply filter for blockages
Low Water
Temperature
Water Temperature is set to [OFF]
or is too low
Push the [ON] or [HIGH] buttons on the main unit
controls
Cold water sprays out first
Due to low temperature of the main water supply and
washing room, the front of the sprayer may be cold
The Wash Water
Stops While the
Unit is in Use
Approximately 5 minutes after
pressing the Spray, Soft, or Front
cleansing buttons, the water will
turn off automatically
Press the Spray, Soft, or Front cleansing buttons
again
The seat sensor isn’t working
properly
Refer to the “Seat Sensor” instructions
The Toilet Seat
Goes Cold After
Prolonged Use
The seat heater is set to [OFF] or is
too low
Press the [OPEN] or [HIGH] buttons on the main unit
controls
Timed energy saving is activated
The heater turns on when someone is seated on the
toilet and will warm in approximately 3 minutes
The seat sensor isn’t working
properly
Refer to the “Seat Sensor” instructions
