Verify TiVo system information

Verify system information and that the TiVo Service
Account Status shows “03: Account in Good Standing.”
From TiVo Central, select
Settings & Messages > Account & System
Info
to view the current TiVo Service Account Status. In the example
to the right, you will see that the box is still in status
22: Staging,
instead of status
03: Account in Good Standing
. This usually
indicates that either the box is still not on a TiVo account, or 15
Minutes had not elapsed from when service activation was
requested to the time Guided Setup was initiated. If the installer has
verified that the box is on a valid TiVo account, than this can
typically be resolved by performing a
“short call,” by selecting
Settings > Network > View Network Diagnostics > Test Internet
