then dial 922#, 933#, 944#, 955#, 966#, 977# and 988#. After you program this you can use it with AA
Mode (Press ‘1’ for Sales will now go to extension number 1, Press ‘2’ for Accts will now go to extension
number 2 and so on).

Abbreviated Dialing Central Memory
96 memory numbers can be stored in a central location on the system enabling any
extension to call them using the code #70 + group number
46# to clear all numbers
46K# to clear numbers in group K
46KABCD…# to set the numbers within group K (where K = the group number 01
-96 and
ABCD is the abbreviated dialing number which can be up to 16 digits in length)

Extension Groups
Explanation: Each extension number can be a member of a group. There are two groups
available. The length of the group number should be the same as the length of your
extension numbers (i.e. if your extension numbers have 3 digits then your group should also
have 3 digits).
Group numbers must be different from individual extension numbers.
Format: 990abcd# (to set up group 1)
Where abcd = a new extension group number consisting of between 1 and 4 digits; if the new
extension group number is less than 4 digits fill in the gaps with #.
Example: My extensions are numbered 601-608. I want to set up an extension group 1 which
has the number 501:
Press 990501##
Note: in default setting extension numbers 601-604 are members of group 1
Format: 390# Delete all extension members of group 1
Format: 991abcd# (to set up group 2)
