Timers
Transferring Calls to an Extension that Does Not Answer
Format: 162# Revert back to the originator after 15 seconds. This is default.
If you transfer a call to an extension that does not answer, the call will revert back to you
after 15 seconds. If you are busy when the call tries to bounce back the system will release
the line.
Format: 163# Do not revert back to the originator.
Transferring Calls to an Extension that is Busy
Format: 1530# This is default.
If you transfer a call to an extension that is busy, you will hear the busy tone then be
automatically re-connected to the call after 5 seconds. This is default.
Format: 1531#
If you transfer a call to an extension that is busy, you will hear the busy tone for 10 seconds
then to go back to the caller you must press the Recall (R) button.
Internal Call Ringing
Format: 494TT# (where TT is 01 to 99 seconds). Default is 30 seconds.
When one extension calls another and they do not answer, the phone will continue to ring
for this set time followed by busy tones.
You
must
set this time greater than the Call Forward and Transfer Ringing time.
Transfer Ringing
Format: 496TT# (where TT is 01 to 99 seconds). Default is 25 seconds.
After a caller listens to OGM and selects an extension or when a call is transferred, the
system will ring the called extension for this set time.
You
must
set this time less than the Call Forward time.

all Forward
Format: 184TT# (where TT is 01 to 99 seconds). Default is 30 seconds.
When an extension sets Call Forward on Busy or No Answer (BNA) this timer will activate.
Call Hold
Format: 186TT# (where TT is 01 to 99 seconds, in units of 10). Default is TT=12 (120
seconds).
When an extension holds a call (Extension Guide 1.4) use this timer.
