Explanation: hotline waiting time is the time when the extension in hotline function, waiting time for
picking up and calling operator directly, in the waiting period,the extension can dial
as normal operation.
The operators have not hotline function
Appendix II Abbreviated-dialing
This function allow the Extensions to make a external call with only dialing two digits series
No.(one serial number indicate a string of real phone number).
How to setting:
Format : 46 # to clear all Abbreviated-Dialing Numbers.

to clear the Abbreviated-Dialing Number of groups K K=01-48
46KABCD…# to set the Abbreviated-Dialing Number of groups K
Explanation:1. K is the group number for Abbreviated-Dialing numbers, n is from 01 to 48. You
can set at most 48 groups.

ABCD… are Abbreviated-Dialing numbers. The longest numbers can be 16 digits.
How to use:
Operation:
For normal phone :
Pick up and dial #70 + the group number (01-48)
For keyphone phone :
Pick up and press
then dial the group number (01-48)
The keyphone’s own Abbreviated Dialing Numbers is change to 50-99
For example: you set the telephone number 0757-86228930 as the first group
Abbreviated-Dialing number:
Pick up Ext.601, dial into program state (*#*0000 )
and hear DU tone. Then dial 46 #(first setting better to input this instruction to clear
all data) , hear du tone then input 46 01008675786228930. after this setting , you
can pick up one extensions and dial #70 01,the system will find an avail outside
line and then will dial 0086-757-86228930 for you to save time and effort .
Appendix III IP dialing
IP-dialing means when the extension make a outward call ,then the system will add IP prefix
number automatically before dialing telephone .
This system allow you to set two groups IP number ,each number correspond to any C.O.Lines
