Open the door
In Maintenance mode, press the
Open door
button to open the cabinet door.
Fill the cabinet
Fill up the cabinet with whatever material you wish to have available for patrons. Do not fill the
cabinet all the way! Remember that patrons may return items to the cabinet – it must have some
space available.
Disable security
Select
Deactivate alarms
from the maintenance menu, to disable all alarms of all items. This may
take some time to complete, depending on the number of items in the cabinet.
When you are removing items from the cabinet, you may also set the security of all items through
the maintenance menu. Note, that this will set set security to all items, so you must run the
Deactivate alarms function again if any items remain in the cabinet afterwards.
Close the door
When security has been disabled, close the door.
