Replace.
The excavator is noisier
than normal and shakes
when operating.
Low oil level in the hydraulic
oil tank.
Add oil.
The multidirectional valve’s
safety valve is noisy.
Adjust.
Blocked filter.
Replace.
Uneven engine rpm.
Contact supplier.
Weak oil cylinder.
Damaged sealing
components.
Replace sealing
components.
The piston rod is worn or the
chrome coating on the piston
rod has partially fallen off,
causing an oil leak.
Paint, repair or replace.
Air in the cylinder is causing
vibration noises when
operating.
Release the air.
