Replace the hydraulic oil after every 2000 hours
Replace the hydraulic suction filter element after every 1000 hours.
CAUTION: The hydraulic oil can be very warm. Ensure that it has cooled down
before replacing.
1.
Park the machine on a flat surface.
2.
Fully retract the arm cylinder and stretch the bucket cylinder out so that the machine is
stable.
3.
Lower the bucket to the ground.
4.
Allow the engine to operate in idle at low speed for five minutes.
5.
Turn off the engine. Remove the ignition key.
6.
Remove the guards.
7.
Clean the top of the hydraulic oil tank to avoid dirt entering the system.
8.
Slowly open the hydraulic oil cap to release the pressure.
9.
Loosen and remove the cap for the oil collection filter element.
10.
Loosen and remove the drainage plug in the bottom of the hydraulic oil tank to drain
the tank of hydraulic oil.
11.
Remove the oil collection filter and the levers.
CAUTION: The hydraulic oil is under pressure. Open the hydraulic oil cap
slowly to release the pressure before removing the cap.
12.
Clean the filter.
13.
Use an oil collecting pump to suck the oil remnants out of the bottom of the hydraulic
oil tank.
14.
Fit the filter and levers and ensure that the filter is correctly secured to the outlet.
15.
Clean and fit the drainage plug in the bottom of the tank.
16.
Fill with hydraulic oil to a level between the two marks in the sight glass,

Fit the cap to the oil collection filter element to ensure that the filter and lever are in
the correct position and then tighten the bolts to 49 Nm.
IMPORTANT: Never start the engine up without hydraulic oil in the tank, as it
can become damaged!
18.
Tighten the oil tank cap.
19.
Operate the engine in idle at low speed and move the lever slowly and constantly for
15 minutes to empty the air from the hydraulic system.
