Maintenance
1.
Good maintenance is your responsibility. Poor maintenance increases the risk of
problems.
2.
Ensure that there are good routines at the workshop.

Keep the work area clean and tidy.

Ensure that electrical switches and tools are
correctly earthed.

Ensure that there is sufficient lighting for the task at
hand.
3.
Ensure that there is good ventilation. Never start the tractor inside a closed building.
Exhaust gases can lead to suffocation.
4.
Before carrying out work on this machine, switch off the engine, activate the brake and
close the fuel cock.
5.
Never work under the machine unless it is securely and safely chocked and safe to
work under.
6.
Always wear personal protective equipment to protect eyes, hands and ears when
carrying out any kind of service and maintenance on the machine. Use strong, ideally
leather, safety work of gloves when handling the blades.
7.
Use only original spare parts in order to maintain the machine’s specifications. The
supplier is not responsible for injury to persons or damage to machines caused by
non-approved parts or accessories.
8.
Always ensure there is a fire extinguisher and a
first-aid kit nearby when carrier maintenance on
this equipment.
9.
Regularly tighten all bolts and nuts and check that
all electrical connections and fuel connections are secure to ensure good operation.
10.
Always ensure that all safety guards and safety measures are in place again after
service or maintenance before using the unit again.
