The pin should stick through the hasp and drawbar and be secured using a hairpin
cotter bolt. See Figure 15.

Fit the tailgate in the guide rails.

If the wheels were not lubricated during assembly, they must be lubricated now.
Maintenance
•
Lubricate the wheel bearings and rotary bushings at regular intervals.
•
Inspect the wheels/check the tyre pressure before use.
•
Check that all of the connections and bolts are tightened.
•
Inspect the covers for cracks or other damage.
•
Tyre pressure you should be 30 psi.
