Fit the two angle brackets to the rear of the retention plates, as shown in Figure 8. Use
two M8 x 65 hex bolts, Ø8 washers, Ø8 lock nuts and M8 hex nuts. Do not tighten.
16.
Ensure that the pivot/centre bolt sticks out as far as possible through the axle channel
and tighten the four bolts which secure the axle supports to the bottom of the trailer.
17.
First fit the front panel to the base panel using six M8 x 16 round-headed bolts, Ø8 lock
washers, Ø8 washers and Ø8 nuts. Next, fit the front panel to the sides using M6 x16
round-headed bolts, Ø6 lock washers, Ø6 washers and M6 hex nuts. See Figure 9.
18.
Fit the corner guards using four M6 x 16 round-headed bolts, Ø6 lock washers and Ø6
washers and M6 hex nuts. Tighten. See Figure 9.
