About This Manual
This is the Reference Manual for the RDX QuikStor SATA III removable disk drive product. The
main purpose of this document is to provide customers with technical and operational details
about the product design.
Product Warranty Caution
The RDX QuikStor is warranted to be free from defects in materials, parts, and workmanship and
will conform to the current product specification upon delivery.
For the specific details of your warranty, refer to your sales contract or see the Overland-Tandberg
website:

The warranty for the appliance shall not apply to failures caused by:
• Physical abuse or use not consistent with the operating instructions or product
specifications.
• Repair or modification by anyone other than Overland-Tandberg’s personnel or agent in a
manner differing from the maintenance instructions provided by Overland-Tandberg.
• Removal of the Overland-Tandberg identification labels.
• Physical abuse due to improper packaging of returned unit.
If problems with the RDX QuikStor occur, contact your maintenance organization; do not void the
product warranty by allowing untrained or unauthorized personnel to attempt repairs.
