7.5.1 Sliding hot water temperature control
If the desired hot water temperature cannot be reached
because the storage cylinder temperature is too low, the
temperature setting on the actuator for the hot water is
automatically reduced to the max. achievable value. This
state is maintained until the storage cylinder temperature
is sufficient for the desired hot water temperature.
If necessary, check the set storage cylinder
temperature.

Do not set the derivative temperature control set
higher than the hot water temperature set at the
actuator.
A derivative temperature control set that is set
too high causes a permanent bypass and leads to
energy loss.
The derivative temperature control set is set too
high if the value is higher than the possible
primary flow temperature from the buffer storage
cylinder.

Set the temperature on the handwheel (1) of the
derivative temperature control set to the desired value.
7.7 Setting of the heating circuit
temperature (if a flow temperature
control module is available)

Temperature controller
Set the heating circuit temperature at the temperature
controller (1) of the flow temperature control module to
the desired temperature.
Observe the separate instructions for the flow
temperature control module.
7.8 Teach-in of the actuator
Teach-in of the actuator is mandatory for the
intended function of the station.
The primary supply must be at operating
temperature for the teach-in process.

Open one or more hot water draw-off points and let the
hot water run at a constant hot water volume flow of
more than 7 l/min for at least 5 minutes.
Meanwhile, the control parameters adapt to the conditions
in the building's heating system.
7.9 Instruction of the operator
Explain the function and operation of the product to the
operator!
