IMPORTANT:
Read these Instructions for use carefully before connecting the regulato
to the gas cylinder or operating any appliance.
Keep these instructions for future reference.
INSTRUCTIONS FOR INSTALLATION
1)
Ensure that all taps are turned off on the gas appliance and on the regulator (turn clockwise towards (-)).
2)
Attach the hoses to the regulator and to the gas appliance respectively. Push the hoses all the way onto
the ribbed part of the hose nozzles. Use the hose clamps and tighten with a spanner or screwdriver.
3)
Thread the gas cartridge onto the regulator. Hand tight only.
4)
Open tap fully on the regulator (turn anticlockwise towards (+)).
•
When the regulator is to be used outdoors, it shall be positioned or protected against direct penetration
by any trickling water.
•
Check that seals (between the regulator and the gas cartridge) are in place and in good condition
before connecting to the gas cartridge.
•
Inspect seal before using the regulator.
•
Check for leaks at all joints using soapy water.
NEVER USE A NAKED FLAME TO CHECK FOR LEAKS.
•
Do not use the regulator if it has damaged or worn seals.
•
Do not use a regulator which is leaking, damaged or which does not operate properly.
