Cooking Instructions
Very little cleaning is required between uses as
most of the fat is either vaporised or drained into
the drip pan. With the cooking grill in position use
a brass bristle barbecue brush to clean the surface
of the grill. Remove the grill and scrape any built
up greasy deposits from the burner. Pull out the
collector tray and the drip pan carefully to clean.
Important: You can also use oven cleaner. After
rinsing off the cleaner, dry the BBQ of completely
by running the unit on highest temperature.
After Cooking
Wait for 2 minutes so that the non-burned gas
can evaporate. Then repeat steps 3 and 4.
13. If the grill does not start up after 3 trials,
please see chapter «TROUBLE SHOUTING»
to find the problem and correct.
14. Always start lighting the burners from the
middle to right or/and left.
1. Pre-heat the barbecue for about 15 min with a
closed lid before cooking food.
2. Then place the food on the grill and turn the
gas knob to reduce the heat to the required
temperature.
3. To save gas we recommend switching off the
unused burners when cooking only a little food.
1. Switch the gas knob to position «OFF».
2. Close the gas supply on the gas bottle
(clockwise).
3. Leave grill until it is cooled down completely
and clean it.
4. Put the grill cover on the grill.

• Always ensure that your barbecue has cooled
down before covering it.
Regular maintenance

operating properly. Inspect the gas supplying
parts at least twice per year and always after

spiders and other insects can cause mixture
obstruction with cobwebs etc. Remove all
