Buckwheat 10 g ~ 15 sec. Rinse and dry before grinding.
Cardamom (seeds)
1,5 tablespoons

~ 15 sec. Older seeds is hard for grinding.
Cinnamon 3 sticks ~ 30 sec. Break in pieces beforehand with hands.
Coriander (seeds) 22 g ~ 20 sec. For cooking is best to grind roasted coriander.
Cumin (Seed) 32 g ~ 20 sec. For cooking is best to grind roasted cumin.
Chili (dried) 20 g ~ 10 sec.
After grinding wait for 30 seconds before opening
the grinder, to avoid the risk of inhalation of chili
dust.
Flax seeds 85 g ~ 30 sec.
Mix flax seeds with almonds and sunflower seeds,
to prepare a mixture.
Pepper (peas) 40-50 g ~ 30 sec. Older seeds are grinded longer for ~ 15 sec.
Anise star-shaped 8-9 pieces (15 g) ~ 15 sec. Older stars are grinded longer for ~ 15 sec.
Sunflower seeds 55 g ~ 30 sec.
Mix with almonds and flax seeds to prepare a
mixture.
Cloves (whole)
3,5 tablespoons
(30 g)
~ 30 sec. Older cloves are grinded longer for ~ 15 sec.
Milk thistle 10 g ~ 20 sec. Pre-dry them in an oven.
Wheat 10 g ~ 15 sec. Rinse and dry before grinding.
Sugar 20 g ~ 30 sec.
Cocoa (beans) 15/30 g ~ 20/25 sec.
Use a small amount of peeled, roasted cocoa
beans.
NOTE. Grinding degree depends on the amount /
hardness of the ingredients and grinding time. You
can increase / decrease the grinding time. You can
use white rice to clean the device and absorb odors
after grinding spices.
