Possible Problem Possible Cause Solutions
Device doesn’t turn on No voltage in the socket. 1. Unplug the device and wait until the
voltage recovers.
The dish is not cooked 1. Too many products placed in the grill.

Low cooking temperature is set.
3. Short cooking time is set.
1. Reduce the volume of the prepared portion.
Smaller portions are fried better.
2. Set a higher temperature.
3. Set the required cooking time or add a few
additional minutes.
Products are fried
unevenly. Some types of food must be shaken during
cooking. Shake the food after half the cooking time.
The finished product isn’t
crispy.
The selected type of product is designed
for cooking in conventional deep fryer. Use the product for deep-fried cooking or
lightly oil the ingredients to get the crisp.
The cooking bowl is not
installing in the device. Too many products are placed in the grill
inside the cooking bowl. Reduce the quantity of products.
White smoke comes out of
the device. Cooking foods are too greasy. During cooking, excess fat/oil drains into the
bowl. Burning oil gives off white smoke. Do
not use the device to cook too fatty foods or
remove excess fat during cooking.
Fresh fries are fried
unevenly. Potato slices were not soaked before fry-
ing. Soak potato slices in water for 30 minutes and
then dry them with a napkin and rub them with
oil.
