3) Allow the folding guards on both sides to engage. If necessary, grasp the rehab buggy by the push handle and
front frame, and apply slight pressure to push it towards the floor until the folding guards engage (see fig. 4).
CAUTION! Make sure that both folding guards are engaged (see fig. 5).
4) Press the folding lever for unfolding the scissor mechanism in to the stop (see fig. 6).
5) Swing the leg support brackets in from the outside and fold down the footplates.
6) Insert the retaining bracket into the slotted hole and then guide the footplates together sideways until you hear
the locking pin engage (see fig. 7).
CAUTION! Before using the rehab buggy, make sure that the footplates of the leg support are firmly
engaged and locked in place.
7) Attach the self-adhesive hook-and-loop straps (included in the scope of delivery) at the same height on the
lower section of the two leg support brackets (see fig. 8, item 1).
INFORMATION: Make sure the bores on the two leg support brackets are not covered when attaching
the hook-and-loop straps.
8) Attach the calf band (see Page 48).
