Extended Terms of Warranty for Charly, manufactured by Otto Bock HealthCare GmbH
1) In addition to the General Terms and Conditions, Otto Bock HealthCare GmbH offers a 1-year warranty on
Standing Frames for defects in material or workmanship.
2) Unserviceable or defective parts under this warranty will be repaired or replaced free of charge within the
warranty period if Otto Bock is notified immediately and returned with the original purchase receipt. Such parts
must be shipped, freight-paid, to Otto Bock.
3) This warranty excludes defects caused by modifications and/or repair work carried out by our contract partners
or third parties without prior written approval by Otto Bock.
4) Defects due to natural wear, excessive load, force or improper use are also excluded.
5) The warranty is valid only if original Otto Bock replacement parts are used for repair work. The warranty becomes
void if non-original replacement parts or structural modifications are installed by others or by a dealer not
authorized by Otto Bock.
6) Parts, which were replaced within the warranty period, become the property of Otto Bock. Claims to cancellation
or abatement of purchase price exist only if the repair of defects or delivery of replacement parts has been
refused or unreasonably delayed, or if it has failed to solve the problem.
