7. Start the spraying process:
Pull the trigger. Adjust the paint regulating knob behind the spray gun to confirm proper paint
flow is achieved.
Pull the trigger. Adjust the regulating ring of tin nozzle located at the front end of the spray
gun to confirm the proper scale of spray scope is achieved.
Pull the trigger. Adjust the air flow regulating knob on the left side of spray gun to confirm
proper atomization is achieved.
Turn on the power of liquid electrostatic power supply and the green indicator will light up.
Pull the trigger and the yellow indicator lights up, meaning the electrostatic output at the
front end of the spray gun.
Start the paint spraying work.
NOTE
During the spraying, the tin nozzle must be kept away from the work piece for a
distance of over 10cm.
