OTS-3000 User Manual – Operation and Adjustment

OPERATION AND ADJUSTMENT

PRE-SPRAY INSPECTION

1. 

Check the manual liquid electrostatic spray gun

 

Open the air valve and adjust the air pressure to 3-4 kg/cm and then check if the air tube 
is leaking.

 

Turn on the power source of the liquid electrostatic power supply and the green indicator 
will light (the HV liquid electrostatic remains inactive).

 

Pull the trigger of the spray gun and the air will be jetted out from the tin nozzle. At this time, 
the yellow indicator lights up and the unit starts outputting the HV liquid electrostatic.
