9 Spares and accessories
Although the cubicles have been designed for a service life in
accordance with IEC 62271-200, certain components can be
replaced and installed for various reasons.
Certain spares and accessories must be installed
in the cubicle by specialised personnel. Please
check with Ormazabal.
If any of the stated auxiliary components need to be changed,
the corresponding spare parts kit must be ordered, and the
instructions given in the corresponding documentation must
be followed.
9.1 Preventive maintenance for the cpg.1 cubicle
The driving mechanisms and other elements outside the gas
tank may require preventive maintenance; the frequency of
this maintenance depends on the existing environmental
conditions (harsh environments, dust, extreme temperatures,
etc.) and must be established in line with the experience and
responsibility of the installer.
Maintenance should be carried out every 5 years or 2000
operating cycles, unless, based on the conditions of use, the
user, together with Ormazabal, considers otherwise.
