Either START/STOP input
or RUN/BRAKE input is not
set to the L level.
Make sure that both START/STOP
input or RUN/BRAKE input are set
to the L level.
The internal potentiometer
is not adjusted.
Turn the internal potentiometer
slightly in the clockwise direction.
The speed is set to 0 r/min at time
of shipment.
When the internal
potentiometer is used,
INT.VR/EXT input is not set
to the L level.
Set the INT.VR/EXT input to the L
level. When the INT.VR/EXT input
is set to the L level, the internal
potentiometer is selected.
The external potentiometer
contact is faulty.
Check for connection of the
external potentiometer.
When the external
potentiometer is used,

to the H level.
Set the INT.VR/EXT input to the H
level. When the INT.VR/EXT input
is set to the H level, the external
potentiometer is selected.
The external DC voltage
contact is faulty.
Check for connection of the
external DC voltage.

When an external DC
voltage is used,
INT.VR/EXT input is not set
to the H level.
