4.7. PECULIAR CASES WHEN
WORKING WITH FM
During the process of recording data in FM it is possible to print different
type of messages ,informing about the state of the fiscal memory.

“
RECORDS TO END XX
” is issued also in the cases when
the record has successfully been done ,but till filling FM remain XX more records
of daily financial reports with clearing. This message appears before the last 99
records and accompanies each of them.
It is necessary to inform a service technician authorized to maintain the
cash register.

“
OVERFLOW FISCAL MEMORY
” is printed in the cases when
the record has successfully been done, but the capacity of the fiscal memory is
full. The interruption of an authorized service technician is necessary. Every
further attempt to work in regime REGISTRATION will be un successful till
replacing the FM with a new one.
In all cases in which record in FM could not be done a message “
ILLEGAL
BIT
” is printed. Record in FM is not accomplished and the cash register could not
work in regime “REGISTRATION” It is necessary to start again the daily financial
report with clearing. If the record in FM has been done successfully, in all reports
of FM the message “
ERROR FISCAL MEMORY
“ is printed, which means that in
FM exist a recorded block with insufficient information .In this case it is not
necessary to change FM, as this block is not included in records.
If at several consecutive starts of daily financial report with clearing the
cash register prints out the message “
ILLEGAL BIT
”
and data block could not be
recorded in FM the interruption of a service technician is necessary. Whent the
record inFM is unsuccessful it is possible that a message
“ErrF”
to be
indicated. When trying to work with the cash register this message is replaced by
“SEr”.
The apparatus is blocked till an authorized technician solves the problem.
When conducting operations regarding the fiscal memory (programming of
parameters P21, P22 and P2, test 04,daily report with clearing) the following
message could appea:

DIFR FIS NUMBER
–
the number in fiscal memory in the operative
memory of the cash register with fiscal memory does not correspond to the
number recorded in FM;
