RIVING BELT ADJUSTMENT
(
UNDER THE ENGINE
)
Driving belt is always tensioned. In case this belt slips while driving,
adjust the tension by changing the tension spring position. Normally
tension spring is in second hole from rear side. In case tension needs
to be stronger, place the spring in first hole from rear side.
Normally, length of tension spring is about 120mm(free length of spring
is 80mm).

LADE BELT ADJUSTMENT

UNDER SEAT BRACKET
)
Visually inspect the damage on blade belt. If there is crack of wear,
replace the belt to new one.

LADE HOLDER ADJUSTMENT
1)
Adjust the height of cut lever to 90mm.
2)
Place the blade clutch lever to ON( ).
3)
As shown in figure(left), adjust the gap between belt holder of
blade pulley and back of belt to be 2-3mm.
