Operation
Grinding meat
1
Place the grinder on a flat and firm surface (table, sink) and place a suitably
large container underneath the ground food outlet.
2
First set the ON/R switch (
4
) to ON, then use the ON/0/R switch (
3
) to turn
the machine ON. The device is put into operation.
3
Insert the middle pieces of meat (or vegetables, etc.) into the funnel and
push them in with the push roller (
7
) (Fig. 7).
Notifications:
• Never push food with your fingers. There is a risk of injury! Use the
pressure roller (
7
).
• Excessive filling will not speed the grinding process. There is a risk of
overheating.
• Do not use the device continuously for a long time (max. Approx. 10
minutes). It may overheat.
• The device is equipped with a thermal fuse that blocks engine operation
when overheated. In this case, further use will only be possible after cooling
in about 30 minutes. If longer operation is required, stop using the device,
always allow the engine to cool for about 30 minutes and then continue
working.
• Allow the frozen food to defrost properly before grinding. Cut the meat into
2.5 cm wide strips.
• Use a push roller to gently push food, just one piece at a time. Do not press
hard - you may damage the grinder.
• Remove unnecessary tendons and membranes from the meat before
grinding. This will avoid clogging the grinding disc.
Reverse gear
If the machine stops or clogs during use, turn the ON/0/R switch (
3
) to
position 0 to turn it off.
Then, pusj the ON/R switch (
4
) to R to select reverse (reverse) engine
operation. Set the ON/0/R switch (
3
) to R to turn the machine on in reverse
and clogged food will begin to release. Then switch off the appliance, unplug it
and remove any clogged food.
