a peace of scrap paper between the rollers,
then put the roller tensioner handle to the
Stand By position as image.

And make the roller tension handle set at the Stand By like the right image.

TROUBLE SHOOTING
Symptom
Cause

Machine will not
turn on
a. Power plug is not plugged
in.
a. Plug the power cord into appropriate
outlet
b. Power switch is "off"
position.
b. Put the power switch to the "on" position.
c. Tripped circuit breaker.

There is power, but
the rollers are not
running after the hot

a. Emergency switch is
engaged.

b. Safety cover is not closed.

c. Guide table is not installed

d. Blown motor fuse.

The unit is not
heating up
a. The machine is in "COLD"
mode.

Curled lamination
a. Upward curl

Correct temperature and speed can be changed according to material.
It is recommended to do a test before laminating originals.
Should the adhesion not be satisfactory increase the temperature by small levels.
In continuous operation if the temperature is not stable, reduce the speed.
When in continuous use the temperature may fluctuate.
