HEALTH AND SAFETY PRECAUTIONS
•
Place the equipment close to a power socket of the correct voltage.
•
Ensure the voltage is the same as in the manual and the label on the equipment.
•
When using an extension cord, make sure it is suitable for the power of the device.
•
Do not use the power cable if it is damaged.
•
Repairs and servicing should be carried out by OPUS qualified service technicians
during the guarantee period.

UNPACKING
Please read carefully before use.
•
Remove the equipment from the packing box carefully.
•
Put the equipment on a clean, stable and flat surface.

4. Cutter replacement
Air nozzle cutter blade assembly replacement steps
4.1.Pulling out the air nozzle. Refer fig.6
4.2 Insert the new blade assembly of the air nozzle, and hear the click sound, which means
that it has been installed in place. Refer fig.7
4.3 Renew the new cutter blade assembly be care of sharp blade may cut you fingers.
5. Machine Maintenance
5.1 Unplug the power cord during maintenance.
5.2 Clean hot seals and rollers regularly.
5.3 Ensure there is no jammed film and dirt at the air nozzle or cutter blade.
5.4 Check the blade and rollers regularly.
5.5 Replace the cutter blade when blade is not sharp.

1. Caution
Please read carefully before use.
1.1 Remove the machine from the package box carefully.
1.2 Put the machine in the clean and flat workbench,
close to edge as well.
2. Installation Steps
2.1 Connect the correct electrical power.
2.2 Installation of film roll.
2.2.1 The bubble film should be cut with a scissorsin the lower right corner before
loading the film, Refer fig.1.
2.2.2 Put the roll film on the feeding roller properly. There is a groove inside the roll film
header should align and feed into feeding roller's protrusion part. Refer fig.2.
2.2.3 The roll feeding direction to pass through to the tension column, Refer fig.3.
2.2.4 Threading roll film pass through the air nozzle. Refer fig.4.
2.2.5 Pulling the roll film to close enough and touch just right between the hot sealing
wheels to ensure when push start button the machine can pull out film till out of
the roller wheels, and start making air cushion smoothly. Refer fig.5.

2.3.1 Turn on the power switch. (Note: Please confirm the function of each part of the
operation panel before operating the machine)
2.3.2 After power light is on and the ready light start to blinking, machine hot roller
start to warm up till ready light stop blinking mean machine is ready to use.
2.3.3 Press the start/pause button and the machine starts making bubble cushions.
2.3.4 When Press the Start/Pause button machine will start to making air cushions,
user can stop at any position and tear off the cushions via perforation line by the
end out let of machine at the length for requirement. (as for replace new roll film,
should eject all film out of roller completely.)
2.3.5 Air density setting:
Various cushion sizes are available to meet different packaging requirements,
you can set the air density volume to meet your requirements, to much air volume
or over inflation will result in defect.
Notes: When using the bubble bag with the height of 200mm, the air volume
should not rotate too much, and try to use it within the adjustment range of less
than
CD
(as shown in the figure).
2.3.6 Different material or thickness types of air cushion bags can be selected by a
three-stage temperature switch.
2.3.6 If want to poweroff, please make sure machine is stop, tear off the film ahead the
air nozzle, and turn off the power switch.
Notes: the machine needs to warm up for about 3~5 minutes each time from cold state.
It is recommended to install the film roll right after the machine power on.
2.4 Energy saving function
Machines without any operation after 30 minutes, will lower the power output and enter
a energy saving state, and READY light blinking, if want to wake up machine, need to
press Start/Pause button again into the warm up process till the READY light is normally
on, may continue to produce air cushion bag.
3. Electric Safety
3.1 Place the machine close to power socket.
3.2 Make sure the voltage meets machine's electricity requirements.
3.3 Any extension cord used should meet the power rating of the machine.
3.4 Do not operate if the power cord is damaged.
3.5 Repair and service should be done by a qualified service technician.
