configure interface <shelf/slot/port> edfa administration disable
configure interface inband <shelf> administration disable
This command disables the port INBAND. In the disable state, the port cannot receive and send packets. To
enable the ports, use the ‘no’ command. Slot range is 1~16, and port is 1~2. The default value is enabled.
configure interface inband <shelf> name <”string”>
This command configures INBAND port name. To set the ports name to default, use the ‘no’ command. Slot
range is 1~16 and port is 1~2.
configure interface <shelf/slot/port> sh/lh loopback terminal

This command sets optical gain of EDFA cards. The PA gain range is 20~30dB, and the PA default is 25dB;
The BA gain range is 12~18dB, and the BA default is 15dB; The LA gain range is 20~30dB, and the LA
default is 25dB. The interface administration default disables.
