8. Insert plug into the power supply and press the power button to turn on. Select your desired
speed and press start to begin mixing. When mixing is finished, press the power button to stop
mixing and unplug the mixer.
9. Press the tilt head handle downwards to lift up the machine head, rotate the mixing bowl counter
clockwise, remove from the stand and take out your dough or other contents.
